RealtyFolio is partnering with CityMeals on Wheels to help those most at risk in the epicenter of the pandemic, the elderly. Through this partnership, RealtyFolio will make it easier for their clients to donate towards CityMeals on Wheels, and will incentivize them to do so through various programs and fundraising efforts that it will be rolling out.

Citymeals on Wheels provides a continuous lifeline of nourishing meals and vital companionship to New York City’s homebound elderly. Each year, Citymeals prepares and delivers over 2 million weekend, holiday and emergency meals for more than 18,000 of our frail aged neighbors.

As the designated emergency responder for the city’s seniors, Citymeals on Wheels has been working on the frontlines of the Covid-19 outbreak. Citymeals is preparing 450,000 shelf-stable emergency meals so frail aged New Yorkers have nutritious meals during this public health crisis.

Since the state’s stay-at-home order was issued, Citymeals has provided 352,000 of these emergency meals to our frail aged neighbors with a goal to deliver 450,000 shelf-stable emergency meals, to seniors across all five boroughs. In addition to doubling their warehouse staff nearly 3,000 volunteers have given more than 10,000 hours of their time to help pack and deliver meals.

RealtyFolio allows retail investors to invest in high-yielding institutional-grade real estate investments. Clients can choose between investing in debt, equity, or preferred equity investments.
